Guide to Build Your Own Table

Now that you find yourself reading this blog, you are already on your way to acquiring not just a coffee table but also a piece of art that will be a reflection of your own personality and creativity. So let’s get started! 

If you’re in your room right now, take a good look at your surroundings and study every aspect of your sitting area that you wish to add this table to, look at the colors and texture of the existing furniture and decorations you have because this will all help you in deciding what design and colors to go with.

Once you have done that, it’s time to open the build your own option in our online shop. First comes choosing the design. Here, you need to consider the style of the room you’re planning on putting the table in; whether traditional or modern, we provide eight diverse designs you can choose from. 

Second, comes selecting the size. We at steel culture have provided a dozen of the most used sizes for coffee and side tables. So grab yourself a measuring tape and start laying out the dimensions mentioned on our list so you could get a good idea of what space the table would take in your room.

The Third step is choosing your color style. We have provided you with three color options. With the Single Color option, you could choose to have the entire table in one color. Or you could choose to have two colors which are Middle Cut Dual Color or Diagonal Cut Dual Color.

Fourth, now that the color style has been selected, you can pick your desired colors. We have provided you with over 30 unique colors for you to choose from. But keep in mind that the colors might slightly differ from one on-screen to another. So choose a color you’d still be comfortable with if it ended up being slightly different. 

Fifth, we have the paint finish. You could choose to have either a matte or a shiny finish for your table. The shiny finishing coat allows for an extra layer of protection for the table, and it’s easier to clean, and our matte finish does come with a 25% shine. 

Now on our final customization step, which is to choose the color for our Steel Culture logo stamp, you have the option to select from a gold-colored Steel Culture logo or a silver-colored Steel Culture logo. They are both the same sizes and quality, so it’s purely a preference should you choose a gold or silver logo.
